HOW DOES VIP MEMBERSHIP WORK?

VIP Annual Membership:

Includes the ability to skip the waitlist and jump to the top spot on waitlisted book boxes! Membership also includes full access to Member's Only Book Boxes, Collections & Services, including special edition book box subscriptions with no wait-list, digital dark romance magazine with audiobook feature, custom services & free gift wrap!

IS MEMBERSHIP REQUIRED?

Nope. But recommended. Non-members do have access to limited select book boxes, including waitlisted book boxes and products. Gift-wrap is available for non-members for an additional fee.

ARE BOXES DISCREET?

Yes! We ship in discreet boxes with standard labels.

CAN I REQUEST A CERTAIN TROPE?

Of course! For most crates, there will be trope and product options at checkout. For additional requests, you may leave an order note at checkout and/or share your Goodreads link or similar. We also have a custom build-your-own book box options for more detailed requests.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM ORDERS?

Yes. We offer customizations for most book boxes. We also offer a special custom book box subscription, found in the "Book Box Subscriptions" collection.

HOW DO I PAUSE, CHANGE, SKIP OR CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Easily. You may pause, skip, change, or cancel your book box subscription at any time in your customer portal. Customers have full access and authority to make changes or cancellations within their account through the customer portal, which they can access using the same email address used at sign-up.

CAN I CANCEL MY VIP MEMBERSHIP PASS?

Yes. The annual VIP pass membership subscription can be canceled at anytime via the customer portal using the same email you signed up with. It's recommended that you wait until the end of your annual term to get the most out of your VIP pass experience. Membership grants immediate access to digital ebooks, discount codes, and other members' perks and services, and therefore is non-refundable.
